Privacy Notice

Yahweh Locker (“YHWH LKR”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. We are based in the United Kingdom and this notice explains, in plain English, what personal information we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us at any time at yahwehlocker@gmail.com.

• Newsletter email address. If you sign up to Locker Notes we store your email address and the fact that you gave consent.
• Enquiry details. If you use our contact form we store your name, email address, enquiry type and message, plus the optional details relevant to your enquiry (church or ministry name, book titles, approximate quantity, delivery country and town, the general age range of your children and your confirmation that you are an adult parent or guardian, or — for a return, refund or order issue — your order number, the type of request, the item concerned and your explanation). We do not ask for payment details through this form. We ask you not to send any child’s name, photograph, birth date or address. Enquiries are stored privately in our Supabase database so we can read and reply to them; they are not readable by other visitors and are not used for marketing. We also keep a one-way scrambled version of your IP address for a short period to limit spam and abuse. If you email us directly instead, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
• Essential technical and security logs. Basic records such as IP address and request information, generated automatically to keep the site available and protected from abuse.
• Shop orders. If you buy something, your order and customer details (name, delivery address, contact details, payment confirmation) are handled by Shopify during checkout and by our print and fulfilment partner to make and send your item. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

• Marketing emails — sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Orders and enquiries — to take steps at your request and to fulfil a contract with you.
• Security, fraud prevention and improving the site — our legitimate interests in running a safe, working service, balanced against your privacy.
• Legal obligations — where the law requires us to keep records, for example for tax or consumer rights purposes.

We use a small number of trusted providers, who process information on our behalf or as part of their own service:

• Lovable — website hosting, and the email service that sends us a notification when you submit the contact form. That notification contains the enquiry details you sent, and is delivered from our own sending address at notifications.yahwehlocker.com to our email address.
• Supabase — secure storage of newsletter signups and contact form enquiries.
• Shopify — store, cart and checkout.
• Printful — printing and fulfilment of orders.
• Cloudflare — domain routing and security protection.
• Amazon and Linktree — external sites we link out to. Following those links takes you away from this site.

Amazon, Linktree and any other external site have their own privacy policies and terms. Please read theirs before sharing information with them.

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Contact enquiries are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted on request.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Some of our providers operate outside the UK, so information may be processed abroad. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place to protect information to a standard recognised under UK data protection law.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email yahwehlocker@gmail.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

You can unsubscribe from Locker Notes at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us. We will remove your address without asking for a reason.

This site uses only what is necessary to work — essential storage for site and security functions, plus cookies set by embedded third-party functionality such as the Shopify shop and checkout. We do not run a cookie consent manager on this site, and we do not use advertising trackers.

We may update this notice from time to time as the site grows. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
